Carriage Square is committed to making its programs, benefits, services, facilities, information, and technology accessible to individuals with disabilities and/or limited English Proficiency, including those who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have sensory impairments. Carriage Square will provide, at no cost to its residents, various auxiliary aids and services, including a range of assistive and communication aids such as qualified language/signing interpreters, twenty-four (24) hour telecommunication (TTY/TDD) device for the deaf, communication boards and/or assistive devices for persons with impaired manual skills, to better communicate with people with disabilities and/or limited English Proficiency. Other access features provided are
- Convenient off-street parking designated specifically for disabled persons.
- Curb cuts and ramps between parking areas and buildings.
- Level access into first floor level with elevator access to all other floors.
- Powers assist entry/exit doors.
- Fully accessible offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, public waiting areas, dining areas, resident treatment areas, including examining rooms and resident rooms.
